” Quictent stands behind their product. I bought a party tent which was successfully adequate for my party. The next day a thunderstorm rolled in before i could dismantle, and it caused minor damage to 3 connectors. I called customer service that day. their rep Joy was very helpful and intervened to get replacement parts shipped to me via Fedex before my planned second use.
I am a very satisfied customer. I had similar issues in the past using another tent brand, and they were essentially unresponsive.

” I PURCHASED MY 10X10 TENT IN MAY FOR USE IN JUNE. THE TENT WAS MALFUNCTIONING AND ONE OF THE LEGS WAS BROKEN. ” I bought it 10 expecting the base to be 11 by 11 as advertised. We have a cement pad that is 10 x 10, so we needed something bigger than our pad. The top of the tent was 11 by 11 but the base was 10 x 10 there for didn’t do us any good. ” During a heavy wind storm four of my poles were heavily damaged. I located an email address on the Quictent website in hopes of purchasing replacement poles. I knew that the warranty would not cover it due to the bad wind storm. Mandy quickly replied and advised me that though warranty would not replace the poles, since only four new ones were needed they would be sent free of charge. The customer service of this company is top notch!! The package was on it’s way within days and not long after had everything replaced and as good as new.
