1 Star “Both times, the crew left piles of leaves, small branches and empty water bottles. None of them ever wore protective head gear. Tree branches were shredded by their chipper, which was parked at the curb. They left leaving wood chips all over the road. They failed to arrive on both promised dates and finally showed up unannounced weeks later. Very unprofessional – but it showed why their prices were the lowest. Hired them twice – once for hedge trimming and once for tree limb removal.” – K J.

It was as though they were waiting to get the job done because they resented having to work at all. The crew seemed very angry. He responded to calls and texts.
HOWEVER they get 3 stars because they didn’t do the job right the first and second times AND stopped responding once paid.

The workers missed some shrubs to cut/pull. I sent the owner/manager? (RJ?) photos of what they missed (7/24). He was responsive and apologetic. Sent the guys back out. He said he sent them the pictures. They came out and got some of those done!

(7/28) I sent pics again if what was left. This time I sent a check. He said they’d come out. They did. However, again they left the last two.

(7/30) I noticed the two little ones by house left. It was Sunday but wanted to send while I remembered, not expecting a response until the work week. No response.
